Een bijbaan bij Activate betekent werken wanneer het jou uitkomt. Een week van tevoren geef je jouw dag(en) voor de volgende week op. Mocht je onverwachts toch niet kunnen op een dag dat je jezelf hebt ingepland, kun je die zonder problemen op dezelfde dag verzetten naar een andere dag. Ideaal dus om te combineren met je studie, sport, vereniging, etc.
Activate werkt met wekelijkse en maandelijkse uitbetalingen. Zo verdien je iedere woensdag je basisloon van de week ervoor. Ideaal als je een dure maand tegemoet gaat. Daarnaast betalen we iedere 15e van de maand alle bonussen uit. Zo heb je iedere week een volle rekening en verdien je nog steeds een heerlijk salaris aan het einde van de maand.
Ervaring of niet, iedereen is geschikt voor een bijbaan bij Activate. Door middel van trainingen en begeleiding zorgen we ervoor dat iedereen goed voorbereid op pad gaat. Ook is het een kwestie van proberen. Kom een keer langs en vraag de medewerkers hoe zij hier terecht zijn gekomen. Iedereen werkt er om een andere reden. Maar hoe weet je of je pizza lust…
